Meet Rose-Anne Uwague

Rose-Anne Uwague is an Executive Productivity Coach and Life Strategist. She is on a mission to empower people to achieve sustainable lives where work-life harmony shifts from being a possibility to a reality. She is the founder of Light A Fire LLC, a personal growth and professional development organization and the founder of The University of Productivity. Rose-Anne holds an MA and BA from Baruch College City University of New York in Corporate Communication, an AAS in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality. Her global perspective expanded after living in China for two years and training includes Project Management; Human Resources Management; Executive Coaching; Yale University’s Introduction to Negotiation and New York University’s Global Affairs & Foreign Policy. In 2022, she enrolled in Harvard Business School’s Understanding Customer Needs, Designing Organizational Structure, and Resilient Leadership online classes. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring culture through food, music, and dance.She is on the Parent Leadership Council for The Advocates of Children New Jersey aligned with her passion for children’s welfare and women’s well-being. Rose-Anne has been married since 2013 and has two sons.
