Meet Tara Pramme

I have spent over 14 years in Tech and startup spaces now have my own LLC, TEP HR Consulting, providing Human Resources help to startups (HR infrastructure, career ladders, manager coaching, employee relations concerns, organizational planning, etc.). I previously worked at Zymergen, GE Digital, Workday at Google, and most importantly took a few years off of work during the pandemic to hang out my now 3 year old son.
